These terms govern bookings and services provided by F&U Universal Adventures Tanzania Ltd. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Bookings & payment

A deposit is required to confirm most bookings, with the balance due before the start of your trip unless otherwise agreed. Final confirmations depend on availability with our partners.

Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary by service and supplier (lodges, flights, permits). Standard safari bookings generally require notice of 30 days or more for a full or partial refund. National park and crater fees are non-refundable once purchased.

Inclusions & exclusions

Prices include the services stated on your quote — such as park fees, accommodation, transport and guide services. They do not include international flights, visas, travel insurance, gratuities, or personal expenses unless stated.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for having valid passports, visas and vaccinations, and for arranging suitable travel insurance. Please inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your travel.

Liability

We act as a tour operator and use reputable local suppliers. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including weather, road conditions, flight delays or acts of nature, and will make reasonable efforts to adjust itineraries where possible.
